Common questions
When will Wirdna be available?
Wirdna is being prepared for iPhone and Android. The app has not launched yet. Download links will appear here when it is available.
Can I read the Quran offline?
Yes. The complete Quran text and fonts are included in the installed mobile app, with no separate download. Optional audio recordings are downloaded individually.
Where will I find downloaded recitations?
Open Recitations → My downloads (التلاوات → تنزيلاتي). Completed recordings stay in the app for offline listening. You can delete individual recordings there.
Do I need an account?
No. Your reading position, bookmarks, remembrance counts, and preferences stay on your device. There is no Wirdna account to create.
How do prayer times and location work?
Choose a city or request device location. Prayer times and Qibla are calculated on your device. You can adjust the calculation method, Asr convention, and offsets in Settings. Check your local authority if times differ; high-latitude estimates are labelled.
Why might a mosque be missing?
Optional nearby-mosque maps use community data and online services. Their coverage can be incomplete. Check the search center and distance range, or open an external maps app.
How do I manage reminders or my data?
Prayer reminders need your notification permission. Device focus, sound, and battery settings affect delivery. Reopen the app weekly and after travel to refresh the schedule. You can forget your saved location in Settings and remove audio in My downloads. See our Privacy Policy for more.
